Our Store Policies

The prices on this website, and in our catalog, are on a "per event" basis. We consider this to be a maximum of 72 hours. This allows a day for delivery and set-up, a full day for the event, and a day for take-down and return. Longer term rates are also available.

Loss or Damage

The customer is responsible for rented equipment from the time of delivery until the time of pick-up. In the case of will call items, the customer is responsible from the time of pick-up until the time of return. Please be certain that the equipment is secure at all times and protected from weather and irrigation systems. We do charge for broken, damaged or missing items. Replacement charges for each item are available upon request and may be obtained prior to renting.


Advance reservations are recommended for maximum availability of our inventory. A deposit of 50% is required when making a reservation. The balance is due two weeks prior to the event. Except for our tents, quantities may be changed any time prior to 48 hours before delivery, without financial penalty.

Reservations on tents and canopies are 25% non-refundable if canceled 30 days up until 3 days prior to delivery, and 75% non-refundable if canceled 48 hours or less prior to delivery.

Reservations can be made over the phone, via email, or in our showroom.


We deliver to all parts of Northwest Oregon, the Oregon Coast, and Southwest Washington. Deliveries are $60.00 to the Portland Metro area, $50.00 to Hillsboro, and $70.00 to Yamhill County Wine Country (these rates include delivery AND pick-up).

Rates to other locations vary.

Our delivery and pickup charge assumes all rental items can be placed immediately adjacent to our truck OR there is a hardscape upon which heavy objects can be wheeled a maximum of 100 ft with no stairs or obstructions narrower than 48 inches (grass, gravel, and dirt are not hardscapes). In the event delivery is beyond this assumption, an additional labor charge of $45 per person/per hour will be applied to the contract with a minimum of $22.50. Also, please be aware that our trucks are 13.5 feet tall and cannot pass under tree branches or utility wires at or below that height.

Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed

The Party Pros delivery hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. In the event that delivery/pickup is required to be outside of those hours, it is up to manager approval and subject to extra fees.

We are closed the following days in observance of federal holidays:

New Year’s Day Memorial Day

Independence Day Labor Day

Thanksgiving & Black Friday Christmas Day


Tents are an excellent way to enhance and expand your event. There are a few things you should keep in mind:

  • They require level ground with no overhead obstructions (such as trees or wires)
  • They require a five foot buffer around the edge in order to erect and stake the tent.
  • The area where the tent will be needs to be COMPLETELY clear of any debris or objects. The Party Pros will NOT move any items under any circumstances.

In circumstances where the tent cannot be staked (due to concrete, underground utilities, irrigation linens, etc.), we will need to use water barrels. There is an extra charge for water barrels AND we’ll need a water source no further than 30 feet from where the tent is being erected.

Dish, Glass & Flatware Rentals

Dishes, flatware, and glasses should be free of any large food debris and placed in their original containers prior to return. It is not necessary to wash or rinse them.

Linen Rentals

Linens should be shaken and dry prior to return in order to prevent mildew. A laundry bag will be provided for your convenience. Linens with burn marks, holes, or wax will be considered damaged and replacement fee will be charged.

Tables & Chair Rentals

Tables should not be tacked, stapled, or nailed. Tables and chairs should be stacked for pick-up.

Set-Up and/or Take-Down

Set-up and take-down services for our tables and chairs are available, with deliveries, for an additional charge. Please make arrangements through our showroom.

Set up and take down for large items such as tents, dance floors, staging, etc. is included in the rental pricing.

Errors or Dysfunctional Items

Immediately report any items not received as expected so that we can provide replacements and make adjustments to your rental contract.
